We are on a mission to change the mental health industry. We believe that mental health support should be affordable and accessible for every individual, regardless of their insurance coverage and socioeconomic status.
But who are we?
We are a team of dedicated individuals with diverse experience and backgrounds, coming together to pursue a common mission. We uphold ourselves and each other to the values of impact, lagniappe, L.O.V.E., GS*D, and continuous learning.
Some may say, we are “a little something extra”. That’s the good “extra”, the ones that go above and beyond. The ones with inside jokes who know your favorite ice cream flavors, breakfast choices, and send-chicken-noodle-soup-when-you’re-sick kind of extra. We laugh…. a lot. We love our pets, dad jokes, technology, problem-solving, and embracing our uniqueness.
At Cabana we all bring our unique experiences and "why" to our collective mission.

Because sometimes we just need a little help finding the light in the midst of darkness.

Because creating hope and connection is the most important work we can do.

To build purpose-driven platforms that help people push forward through adversity with belief and resilience.

To help create hope where it didn’t exist before.

Because people deserve support before they break and compassion even when they do.

Healing should be accessible to everyone, with care that recognizes and supports the impact of trauma.

Leading Soldiers in high-stakes environments taught me that real strength isn’t pretending you’re fine—it’s staying connected and getting help when it matters. I chose Cabana because it delivers that connection in a way that respects privacy and removes the usual barriers.

I want to make the world feel smaller when someone is facing a challenge and feels alone.

To provide hope, community, and support to those that feel alone in their struggles.

Improve quality of life for those struggling with depression.

Help create safe, welcoming, and accessible spaces where people can drop the masks, feel supported, learn to care for themselves, and feel empowered.

Because it’s ok to not be ok.

Because I believe that technology can and should be used to help people.

Because I’ve known too many service members, friends, and family who struggled in silence. Cabana changes that—and helping grow access is how I pay it forward.

To be part of work that holds real meaning and creates real impact.
We're based in New Orleans, Louisiana and our team is comprised of both local and remote members who are strongly driven by the mission to improve mental health access. Because no one should struggle alone.
