We’re on a mission to make mental health support more accessible and affordable — right now.
Too many people face long waitlist, high cost or confusing systems just to get help. We believe support should feel within reach – at work and in everyday life that belief brought us together.
Were clinicians operators, technologies, and big hearted problems solver building better mental health support through Cabana pods and Cabana live different backgrounds with one shared goal: help people feel better sooner.
We hold ourselves — and each other — to the values that guide how we build and how we show up:
Impact - Improve mental health and well-being.
Lagniappe - Give a little something extra.
L.O.V.E - Challenge with positive intent and receive feedback with grace.
GS*D - Bias toward action
Continuous Learning - Stay curious and keep growing.
And yes — we’re the good kind of “extra.”
The kind that sends soup when you’re sick, celebrates the winds, and laughs a little too hard at dad jokes. We love solving hard problems. We love technology. And we believe building better mental health support starts with people who genuinely care.
At Cabana we all bring our unique experiences and "why" to our collective mission.

Because sometimes we just need a little help finding the light in the midst of darkness.

Because creating hope and connection is the most important work we can do.

To build purpose-driven platforms that help people push forward through adversity with belief and resilience.

To help create hope where it didn’t exist before.

Because people deserve support before they break and compassion even when they do.

Healing should be accessible to everyone, with care that recognizes and supports the impact of trauma.

Leading Soldiers in high-stakes environments taught me that real strength isn’t pretending you’re fine—it’s staying connected and getting help when it matters. I chose Cabana because it delivers that connection in a way that respects privacy and removes the usual barriers.

I want to make the world feel smaller when someone is facing a challenge and feels alone.

To provide hope, community, and support to those that feel alone in their struggles.

Improve quality of life for those struggling with depression.

Help create safe, welcoming, and accessible spaces where people can drop the masks, feel supported, learn to care for themselves, and feel empowered.

Because it’s ok to not be ok.

Because I believe that technology can and should be used to help people.

Because I’ve known too many service members, friends, and family who struggled in silence. Cabana changes that—and helping grow access is how I pay it forward.

To be part of work that holds real meaning and creates real impact.
Based in New Orleans and serving organizations nationwide, our team combines clinical expertise and practical design to deliver accessible workplace mental health support through Cabana Pods and Cabana Live — because no one should struggle alone.
